Hélène Roubinet
Hélène Roubinet is a French Artist.
She was born in Paris in 1965.
She studied Fine Arts at the reputable Central/Saint Martin’s School of Art & Design in London.
She also has a degree in Architecture and Translation.
She spent many years working as an artist in France (Burgundy, Brittany, Lyons, Paris) as well as London and Perth, her Art developing as her life story and inner growth unraveled.
She currently lives in Perth, Australia where she migrated 10 years ago.

Painting the Transformation
The various series of paintings are showing the inner transformation of a person – the Artist - expressed on canvas before the inner development actually occured; like a foresight of what is to come, what she is to become - like manifesting the inner changes desired and making them happen. This transformation is a perfect example of a person going up the pyramid of needs from basic needs to self-actualization. This is not about ego, this is not about painting pretty pictures; this is a journey about authenticity, about healing, growth and sharing the light.

The Abstractions Series
is about the inner preparation stages of the Artist, expressed through colour and form. It is about accepting, processing what has to be processed and shifting to be fully ready for the major life changes.
The Flower Series
is all about blooming . The blooming of creating life, creating beauty with all the strenght and energy that comes with it. This series is a celebration of spring, of optimism, of creation and of life itself.

is aboutThis series is about the Artist allowing herself to feel again to the level of her natural intensity.
She rediscovered herself though the realm of live jazz music.

is about the Artist’ spiritual growth, her realisation of the grandiosity and magic of the universe - how we as people, and everything in the world are all connected to each other and to the universe.
The Light Series
is about the light at the end of the tunnel of a huge mid-life crisis, it is about wisdom and transformation after a long journey, it is about the joy of being fully authentic and in peace.
